L'Amour Electrique n'Est Pas Un Mythe
What the hell took me so long before I discovered Acid Mothers Temple, this incredible japanese band/collectif/sect ? With almost three records every year since 2000, there's a lot to do with these guys. Producing constantly good music and producing it on heavy quantities is the mark of real artists I guess. It seems that their tracks are often based on long, psychedelic rock jams. For our listening pleasure, they have decided not to exclude any exotic instruments from their already rich compositions. Oscillating between pure spaced-out noise extrapolations and ambient style chilled out paths, the music of Acid Mothers Temple is hot, hot, hot.
